1.1.1. The eSIM Everywhere website is managed and operated by esimeverywhere.com, with connectivity services being supplied by the same entity.

1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by eSIM Everywhere in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients.

1.2.1. The Сlient may be required to create an account to use the eSIM Everywhere`s services. The Сlient agrees to provide accurate information during registration.

1.4. Прекращение и приостановление

1.4.1. eSIM Everywhere reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.

1.4.2. In using the Services provided by eSIM Everywhere, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, eSIM Everywhere may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.

1.4.3. All bundles offered by eSIM Everywhere are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.

1.5. Правила и рекомендации по возврату средств и отмене заказа

1.5.1. Возврат средств возможен для Клиентов в любое время. Большинство проблем можно решить по электронной почте.

1.5.4. eSIM Everywhere may offer data in an amount equal to what the Client paid for any accidental purchases.

1.5.6. eSIM Everywhere reserves the right to terminate services at any time. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

1.5.7 Криптовалютные платежи не подлежат возврату.

1.5.8 Поддерживаемые сети для криптоплатежей: Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum One.

1.5.9. Поддерживаемые криптовалюты: «USDT (TRC20)», «BTC», «DAI», «AXS (ERC20)», «DASH», «DOGE», «ETH», «LTC», «TUSD (ERC20)», «USDC (ERC20)», «USDT (ERC20)», «XRP», «TRX», «AXS (TRC20)», «HT (TRC20)», «ETH (TRC20)», «ETH (BEP20)», «DAI (BEP20)», «USDT (BEP20)», «DESU (BEP20)», «ADA (BEP20)», «USDC (BEP20)», «BTCB (BEP20)», «CSC». 2. ПАРТНЕРСКАЯ ПРОГРАММА

2.1. By joining the eSIM Everywhere Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner will recommend to their users eSIM Everywhere products through their unique affiliate link.

2.6. eSIM Everywhere reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at least five days prior to their implementation.

2.7. eSIM Everywhere reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:

– If the Affiliate Partner engages in any activity that is harmful to eSIM Everywhere’s brand or business.

2.8. To commence participation in the eSIM Everywhere Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner must accept the invitation to join via the Affiliate Portal.

2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email notification from eSIM Everywhere upon the first product purchase made through their affiliate link.

2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track their commissions at any time using the online daily reports provided by eSIM Everywhere.

2.11. eSIM Everywhere provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.

2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the provided tools and resources in compliance with eSIM Everywhere’s guidelines and policies. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports, or API may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement.

2.13. eSIM Everywhere will provide necessary technical support and assistance to help the Affiliate Partner effectively use the Affiliate Toolbar, access reports, and integrate the API.

3. РЕФЕРАЛЬНАЯ ПРОГРАММА

3.1. By participating in the eSIM Everywhere Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter referred to as “Advocate”) can earn free data for every person who purchases their first eSIM Everywhere product using the Advocate’s unique referral link.

б. Ограничения по купону: Реферальный купон не может быть объединен с другими купонами или скидками. Только один купон (реферальный или активационный) может быть применен к покупке.

3.5 Условия получения реферального вознаграждения:
а. Минимальная покупка: приглашенный друг должен приобрести новую линию с объемом данных не менее 1 ГБ, используя реферальную ссылку.
b. Reward Issuance: The reward will be created within 6 hours of a successful purchase and sent via email within 7 days. The Advocate should check their inbox using the keyword “eSIM Everywheret” if they do not receive the notification mail.

3.6. For any issues or further assistance, the Advocate and the referred friend can contact eSIM Everywhere support.

3.7. The Advocate agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the eSIM Everywhere Referral Program. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.

3.8. eSIM Everywhere reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Advocate in writing at least 5 days prior to their implementation.

4.1. The materials on the eSIM Everywhere website are provided “as is”. eSIM Everywhere makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, eSIM Everywhere does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4.2. Network operators in countries could be changed by the eSIM Everywhere without notice.

8.1. Настоящие Условия толкуются в соответствии с законодательством штата Делавэр, США. В случае, если Стороны не смогут мирно разрешить споры путем переговоров, такие споры будут окончательно урегулированы в арбитраже в штате Делавэр, США, в соответствии с Арбитражным регламентом Арбитражного института Торговой палаты Стокгольма.

9. ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ САЙТА

9.1. eSIM Everywhere may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
